As each piece is made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for the creation of your item or 3-6 weeks if your item is personalised. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volumes. You will receive updates on your order status via email.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order safely and efficiently. All shipments include tracking information, which will be shared with you once your item has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK Mainland: 24 - 48 hours.
- International: Not available at this time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or customs delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For bespoke or oversized items, additional fees may apply.
Customs and Import Duties

Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your delivery. Be sure to include photographs of the damage to help us resolve the issue promptly, this will aid our communication with the postal service.
